Hello,

Attached is a spectral plot of a spur we got at 2421MHz. The CC2520 was configured to CW mode at 2420MHz

At different channels (2405, 2450 2465) We do not get this spur.

We did not encounter any performance problem with the unit, reception and transmission was as expected.

What is the reason for this spur?

Thanks,

Lior6242.CC2520 strange spectral plot.xlsx

    Hi

I have not seen this before. To be sure I tested a CC2520EM again today at 2420MHz without seeing the mentioned spur.
Then I tested using your ref-level -30dBm and LNA active.
Now,  a significant spurs was observed at 2421MHz. however, with this reference level the spectrum analyzer input is  in saturation due to high the +5dBm signal at 2420MHz. My noise spectrum did not resemble yours but I used a FSIQ and not a FSH.

Suggest measuring using a higher reference level
