Compliance of C2530 with EN 300 328 V1.8.1

We have new products based on the CC2530 SoC under development. With beginning of 2015 we need to comply and certify with EN 300 328 V1.8.1.

My questions are:

Does anybody have experience with above mentioned requirements?

What are possible pitfalls?

CC2530EM reference design has been certified at an accredited test house and complies with EN 300 328. The best advice will be to follow the reference design. Pay attention to the component placement, grounding strategy and power routing.

Just to be clear - did the CC2530 reference design meet the "Listen Before Talk" requirements of V1.8.1 of the EN 300 328 rules.

For the certification of the CC2530EM LBT was not tested.

The following were tested (simplified):
Output power, PSD, OBW, spurious emsission Tx and Rx.

We have tested LBT in-house.

So - just to be clear, the CC2530 is designed to meet the LBT requirements of EN 300 328 V1.8.1? That's actually what I need to know.
