im using cc2530dk, the PER application that is pre-program in the DK has -3, 0 and 4 dBm power option . what does that mean. as the antenna mounted on EM what is its rating in mw. how can we convert dBm in to watt

but can i simply convert the dBm into mw or add dbi+dbm(given)=dbm and convert this dbm. if yes what is dbi for cc2530dk
