Hello TI support:
We would like to take the CC2530 hardware and write our own protocol stacks. The IAR license is too expensive to purchase for our development project.
Do you have Keil or other compiler for your CC2530 part?
Thank YouMike
Mike,
Check out SDCC (it is based on GCC) and now fully supports the CC2530. If you want, there is an easy way to get started. Download the Instant version of Contiki OS 2.6, it comes fully loaded with SDCC, MSPGCC and other compiler tools along with a great system simulation development (you could use this to develop you protocol)

Good luck, /TA
