Hi!
I want to make a simple link between Chronos 868(cc430f6137) and Anaren BoosterPack(CC110L).
To start i'm trying to send packets from Chronos to CC110L and vice versa. The problem is that sync word detection interrupt does not occur.
It's strange for me because CC110L to CC110L and Chronos to Chronos connections works properly, settings are the same and exported from SmartRF Studio 7.
Anyone can explain if there are any differences in register settings between cc430f6137 & CC110L radios that I could not consider?

It would be nice if someone shared example code of communication or at least settings of these radios.

I will be grateful for any help!
Alex

    Hi Alex,

The Chronos and the Anaren A110L have the same Radio front end, so they should communicate with each other, should the settings be the same.

We hope that you have set the crystal frequency to 27Mhz for the A110LR09 radio when using the Smart Rf studio.

The crystal frequency affects  many register values.

Please let us know if this helps. You can also send your query to air@anaren.com for more support.

    AIR Line Pilot,

You are absolutely right, the only problem was incorrect setting of XTAL freq.

Now it works and I continue experimenting.

     Thank You Very Much!!

    Hello,

I am trying to connect the TI chronos watch 915 to the
    Anaren Air booster pack.

I have the two booster packs talking to each other just
fine. I have followed the instructions on the anaren website
saying that I should change the RF settings for the chronos
watch using RF studio. I have also changed the settings for
AIR booster packs using ATC - BoosterStackLite. Then I
flash each of them but they won't communicate.
    -------------------------
    RF Studio Settings:

    Base Freq: 902.8
    Xtal Freq: 27
    Modulation format: 2-FSK
    Channel number: 0
    Data Rate 249.664
    Deviation: 237.304
    Channel Spacing: 421.05
    RX filter BW: 843.75
    TX power: 10
    Carrier Freq: 902.8

    -------------------------

    Anaren Booster Pack:

    Application State: 1. Hub
    Logical Radio: 0. A110LR09A
    Configuration: 3. FCC:ML7_2FSK_250kB_237kHzDev_844kHzRxBW
    Channel#: 0. 902.81 MHz, 10dBm Max
    RF Power: 0. 10 dBm
Apply Changes To: 0. ID: 0DAE76BD, Local

    -------------------------

Do you have any ideas why??

    Best Regards,

    -Carolina Arbona
