Need suggestions for implementing RF coummincation in water

Hello,

I am currently have a CC1111F32 that has to be used as Receiver and an other hardware baord having the same RF circuit as CC1111F32 that has to be used as transmitter.I want to send a value after every 1 sec from trasnmitter to the Receiver with the Trasmitter in water and the receiver on the ground.

I read that simpliciTI can be used for the implementing the RF communciations but I am not sure of what are the things to be considered, Can someone suggest me the methods to be followed for implementing RF communication in water in europe.I mean the

1)RF Frequency,

2)Channel bandwidth,

3)Channel spacing, and

4)Modulation techique

to be used for this implementation.

As Sverre said in your other thread, we are not experts on RF in water, this is not something we have worked with. What sort of application is this?

Application:Transmitting the measured Heart rate of a swimmer after every second to the transmitter on the surface.

I did a quick search and it looks like this link may contain useful information (http://www.electronicspoint.com/threads/rf-through-water-question.21986/ http://www.docstoc.com/docs/2867858/RF-Communications-under-water). You have to use as low frequency as possible, CC1120 covers 169 MHz, do some calculations with this frequency. It could be that is good enough since your range requirements are limited.
