hi

  i found that end device often retransmission data,i don't know what causes this problem.

this distance between the end device and its parent is very close.and i use the sniffer to catch the packet and the rssi of the packet are all larger than -30dbm.

but the the retransmission phenomenon is quite obvious;

the screenshots is shown as follow

what can i do to solve or inprove this phenomenon?

hoping your advice whether right or wrong?

regards!

    Dears,

    Does this retransmission happen regularly or randomly? How often?

    it happen randomly,there are three end devices and one router and one coordianor in the ZigBee network, I found that the end deivces often resend the data randomly,but the router periodical heartbeat frame is not seem to have the phenomenon.I guess the receiver sensitivity of the circuit board used as end device is very bad.

    this is my guess,it is need to be proved.

    regards

    hello everybody in the fornum.

    firstly,thank you to all who  helped me.

    this problem about the retransmission has been new progress,

    I found that if i disable the POWR_SAVING function the retransmission phenomenon will be much improved.

    if you have encountered this problem as same as me,can you give me some advice or explain me the reason for this problem

    regards!
