my question is quite general regarding implementation of the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. Does TI offer any implementation of beacon synchronized networks?
Have a look at the TIMAC product: http://www.ti.com/tool/timac
is ZStack base on the TIMAC ?
I checked the code, and find ZStack based on TIMAC, but RemoTI seems dose NOT based on TIMAC?
ZStack is based on MAC modules that are also used by TIMAC. As you may have noticed, TIMAC and ZStack releases are not synchronized, so the "newer" release of one package may have updates that the other will have in its next release.
RemoTI does not currently share the same MAC modules as TIMAC, although its MAC modules originated from the "parent" modules, and are very similar.
thanks very much!!
