Hello,

I couldn't find a CAD footprint for the VQFN (RHA) 40 package.

Is there somewhere such a footprint or at least a land pattern recommendation?

Thanks,

 ~matthias

    hi,

    Thanks for the hint!

I found a pcb land pattern description of this package in the datasheet of the TPS65251 (http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps65251.pdf)

The package name is exactly the same (RHA S-PVQFN-N40) but the exposed pad seems to be different than the one which was used for the reference design!

So, my plan is to used the package of the TPS65251 and just modify the exposed pad according to the reference design.

But it would be really nice to have this information in the datasheet.

    Thanks,

     Matthias

The recommended footprint can be found on page 33 in the datasheet.
