When I compile and download by using the example in RemoTI-CC253xDK-1.21 -- project – RemoTI -- HidDongle to the hardware it cannot work .
The hardware LED blink for 3 times and it will show Not Regconize Device Found in Windows, but when I try to download using hex file by using flash programmer the hardware work fine.
So I wondering there should be another coding that works for this dongle side .
Can we get the working code?
It can sometimes be tricky to debug an application which enumerates on the same PC. Would you please try to plug the dongle into a different computer from which you are running the debugging session?
Or are you saying that flashing the device with the IAR project does not work. Even when you unplug and then plug the device back in, or by other means reset it?

We using IAR project to program into the hardware using the example code in (RemoTI-CC253xDK-1.21 -- project – RemoTI – HidDongle) cannot work. But we using the hex code in below directory to program using TI flash programmer can work.
