Hi,
I am using the wlan_cu application to calibrate a TIWI 5 module. According to the wiki when performing a TX Bip calibration the reference voltage and power gain are set for calibration. From my understanding these values are already set in the ini file and they are different depending on the vendors.
Does the calibration step where setting these values are necessary if the right values are already in our ini file ?
Or if we need to give these values during the TX Bip calibration, should we set the right values from our ini file ?
Regards,
Bryan
Bryan,
WLAN calibration needs to be done for each device - it creates NVS file which consists for power detector curve, PA bias values etc - this is needed for optimal usage of the radio. These values are not contained in tiwlan.ini. Thanks
