For the WL1271, what blocks are being powered by VDDS (VIO) and VDD, respectively?

From the datasheet, it seems that VDDS is only powering the PM block, butshould this be powering the I/O of the internal blocks as well? VDD isn't really shown, but are all of the "A" power inputs actually the VDD digital power rails? The internal core rails are shown going to the individual WFBT, GPS, and FM from the LDO bank.

Any reply on this query? The device is actually WL1281, not WL1271.

Hi David,

VIO – only the IO cells supply.
VDD- all the digital logic supply.

Thank you. This is as I understand it for these main rails.

Is there perhaps a data sheet that shows these details. It is good to see the internal LDOs feeding WF, BT and RF blocks, etc.

I have a number of data sheets but none of them show specific power distribution detail. Can you direct me to which document(s) you refer.
