first of all, excuse me for fluding the forum with new threads but we are developing intensively at the moment and so many questions come up.
I'd like to get some information about the planned antenna diversity.
1. Family Reverence manual on page 30 says, that Antenna diversity is not supported in FW 1.0 (as I recognized ;-)). Can you tell me, whitin which release it will be supported.
2. Can you recommend an Atenna-Switch to me, that will match the requirements?

We have added in the pcb of Headset-sdk a pig tail connector for antenna stylo.

I need antenna diversity function on Master side(receiver) for 2 wireless microphones system.
Is there a plan to support it?
In a microphone setup you will actually have a very good benefit of having diversity in the mic (slave) as it is naturally these that will move around causing fading issues. If the antennas are inside the mic and not a whip at the bottom it will actually improve in the case where one hand covers one antenna more than the other as well.
There is no current plans of adding antenna diversity support in the master side as of now.

This sounds like a classic multi-path issue and the lower latency settings you select the more vulnerable you are due to trading re-transmission attempts directly for the lower latency. These re-transmission occurs at different frequencies and will in theory minimize the affect of multi-paths. The phenomena appears more frequently at the sensitivity (range) limit as well.
A couple of things you can try:- If you have selected PCM16 as your streaming format, setting it to SLAC instead will give a slight increase in re-transmission attempts- If possible, select higher latency- Reducing the number of slaves (microphones) per master will also increase the re-transmission attempts - Implement antenna diversity on the slave side.

In a small room like 3mx3m, it works well. But in a larger room that have 6mx7m space the problem occurs.
They don't work well when the microphone(slave) is moving along with my hand moves in walking.
The distance between a master and a slave is only 2m or less. This kind of phenomena happens in some fixed point.
My configuration is
CC85XXDK, no PA, 48KHz sampling, SLAC coding, 1024 sampling buffer, +3.5dbm. 2 slaves are used as microphones.
Since there are some points worse than others it sounds like a classic multi-path issue. If you have our DK you should really play with using the CC85XX+CC2590 (the one with the range extender) in either one side of the link (will give a slight improvement of the link budget) or both side of the link (will give a significant boost to the link quality). I also believe you are in touch with our BDM in Japan, please get in touch with him if you would like some antenna diversity boards for evaluation.
Almost all our customers looking into the microphone application will put CC2590 at least on one side of the link. The majority on both side of the link.
I would be interested in evaluation boards for Antenna Diversity.I however do not see them as part of Purepath wireless evaluation kits.Could you provide me with the required information for ordering these units
