CC85xx - Condition to establish audio stream link. Host operated slave

Is there any condition I have to provide in software(or hardware) to obtain stream audio connection on established network and datagram connection other then selecting apropriate logic audio channels and local interface channels. I consider test conditions that means small radios distance.

I have situation where most of the times after ACH_SET_USAGE command i can't get connection, chips goes to standby network status. Sometimes it succedes. I cant find condition on which this depends on.
