Hi there:

It was need change the cc2540f256 of keyfob because that damage with voltage supply reference external was higher than it can capacity and i bought new one .It is cc2540f128 because it  was only  in stock. My cuestion is why flash programer says "the flash can´t erased" and i can´t programer my keyfob, i  need indicate to the debbuger the size of flash? , because the led it´s green when i put the battery in the keyfob and the code not smaller than the capacirity of the flash size.

best regards

I Think the .hex file you want to program is build for a CC2540f256. Rebuild it for a f128.

You can't do that with SmartRF@ Flash programmer. You must rebuild the project using an IDE such as IAR. The exemples provided by TI with the ble-stack and tools  (http://www.ti.com/tool/ble-stack) are IAR Workbench projects. You can dowload a 30-day time-limited version here :

    http://www.iar.com/en/Products/IAR-Embedded-Workbench/8051/.

Then after having openned a project. in the project option, you have to choose the CC2540f128 as target.
