CC2540 External Reference Pin Out and Memory Block Size Question
I would like to use the an existing external 2.2V reference for the on chip ADC. What is the correct pin to use for this? Based upon the user guide and data sheet it looks like AIN7 is used for an external 2.500 Voltage reference (with a 3 Volt VCC for the chip). Can you please comment on this?
In the documentation the Flash memory Block size is not explicitly stated. I am guessing that it is a 1k Block for 128k Flash and a 2k Block for 256k Flash. Could you please verify that this is the case or provide additional details on this?
Thanks for your help
To answer your question #2. The page size of the flash is 2kB regardless of the total flash size
On question 1), yes, you should connect your external 2.2V reference to AIN7. Make sure to select AIN7 as a reference rather than the internal one (ADCON2).
