Can we build a single antenna for both CC2500 and CC2541 ?

Hello all,

I am doing a project where I need to build an antenna which captures WLAN signal and also used for BLE transmission. Can we build a single antenna for both CC2500 and CC2541 ?

While you could use the same antenna for the CC2500 and the CC2541 (50 ohm impedance). However the problem will be the balun. The output impedance of the CC2500 and the CC2541 is different and would require different balun/matching networks.

You can use any 50 ohm impedance antenna for the CC25xx family. The Antenna Quick Guide(http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/swra351a) is a good resource in this case.
