Hi,

Has anybody used a GNU (or an affordable) compiler for the CC2540DK-MINI development kit? Using the IAR IDE?

The IAR compiler is too expensive for just doing research and not selling any commercial products !!!

Sorry, currently IAR is the only supported IDE for BLE development with the CC2540.

Is this still the case? I mean is IAR our only option to develop for the CC22540 using the BLE library? Really? They quoted me $3,500 for one seat.
