Hi TI,
I have a design where I want to control my hardware using PAN1325 from a cell phone. So in this application cell phone will work as a remote for that hardware. I also want to be able to relay audio from cell phone to the speaker of the same hardware. The cell phone will be controlling six to seven ON/OFF relays on my design.I'm looking to implement the design using MSP430.
My main question is that
1- If It is possible to have multiple profiles setup in MSP430 like SPP for "ON/OFF Controls" and HSP for audio reception and work simultaneously ?
2- Can MSP430 handle audio, or I must use Stellaris ?
3- What is the process to request additional profiles ?
Thanks
Hi Kashif,
We currently do not support that feature. You can look at what we support here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_Bluetopia_Stack
For additional profiles, please contact sales@stonestreetone.com.

ZH

Hi ZH,
Thanks for a quick reply, and sharing the Bluetopia link . Now let me rephrase my question a bit...
I see that you support both SPP and A2DP on Stellaris. My question was if it is possible to program and use both the profiles on Stellaris. I mean switching profiles on the uP without reprogramming the device again. Just to clarify I'm not asking if you have this feature available at the moment, but if it is possible to use the device this way.
For example a cell phone when connects to a Bluetooth enabled PC, it shows all the profile options that it supports at the same time. I'm talking about the same feature using stellaris + PAN1325.
