Hi TI team,

We need RFID solution with 80cm distance. We don't produce reader and writer, just want to buy tags from Ti and reader/writer from TI's third party.

Firstly we focus on WORM tag with HF but i can not find in TI website.

Pls help to advise me.

TI does not offer any WORM(write once/read many) HF tags.  Our HF tags are ISO 15693 compliant and have 256 bits or 2k bits of memory organized into 32 bit blocks which are R/W and individually lockable.

80cm is quite long range for HF, so this will require a high power reader with larger antenna size.  I suggest using our large rectangle(76mm x 45mm) tag and high power reader from Feig.  The tags can be found below.  I have also provided a link to the Feig products.  Let me know if you have questions.

    HF-I Plus(2k bits): http://www.ti.com/product/ri-i02-112a-03

    HF-I Pro(256 bits): http://www.ti.com/product/ri-i02-114a-s1

    HF-I Standard(256 bits): http://www.ti.com/product/ri-i02-114a-01

    Best Regards,

    Eddie LaCost
