RI-RFM-008B-30 multiplexing antenna

Hello,

It is possible to multiplex two(or more) antennas using the RI-RFM-008B-30 model. And as would be connected?

    Hello Nicolás,

    We have a license to manufacture the old RI-MOD-TX4A four antenna multiplexer board for the RI-RFM-008B module that was discontinued a few years ago.  The TI data sheets can still be found by googling that part number or I can provide one.  Contact me at warren@oregonrfid.com to order them.

    When multiplexing antennas the read rate per antenna divides down so at 10 scans per second, four antennas will be scanned at 10/4 = 2.5 scans per second per antenna.  Two antennas will scan at 5 per second per antenna.  If this is too slow then the solution is to synchronize multiple readers to get full read rate at all antennas.
