Hi Support,

after several good tests, I'm now not able to connect to the PC with CC3000EMK on MSP430-FRAM EVM.

In particular, now I’m not able to obtain the 6 LEDs on after both “First Time Config” and “Fixed SSID” setting procedures.

I only have ON the first 4 leds.

Any idea of this possible issue?

Thanks and regards,

Alberto

    Alberto,

You are using version 0_5_26 of the installer correct? The issue can be because:

    1) You must have a static IP of 192.168.1.129

    2) Your firewall must be disabled

    3) The GUI must be running and the computer must be connected to the same AP as the one the CC3000 is connected.

    Regards,
    Gustavo

Just verified that Symantec Endpoint Protection need to be disabled! Now it's running.

    Alberto,

FYI this issue has been resolved in the new Sensor Application that will be released soon. There is no longer a need to disable the firewall in almost all cases.

    Regards,
    Gustavo
