Hi,

We are looking for develop a product that powered by replaceable battery (The CR2450)

Our HW guy pointed out that these type of batteries output 3.0V and drop down to 2.8V quite quickly.

Since the CC3000 operate range is 2.9V-3.6V we cannot use these type of replaceable battery but to choose 3.6 fix battery which is a big problem for us.

Do you know/recommend a solution for this situation?

Thank you!

Elad

    Hi Elad,

The CC3000 system complies with battery ripple reflecting standard activity profiles with maximum voltage dips of up to 400mV and maximum voltage peaks of up to 500mV.

The battery minimum and maximum voltage range is 2.3V to 4.8V.

    Regards,

    Moshe
