The datasheet only gives the values for 3.3V power supply. I'd prefer 1.8V for lower power consumption.

For CC2400, what's the current consumption for core (AVDD/DVDD1.8, be 1.8V) and digital I/O (VDDIO, be 3.3V) separately? The datasheet doesn't differentiate the two parameters in sectio 5 Electrical Specifications.

The current consumption of the digital I/O (DVDD3.3) is dependent on the pin activity / load. The current consumption stated in the data sheet includes the DVDD3.3, and assumes a minimum of activity on the pins (such as data being output during RX). For instance, in RX the current consumption on the...

Hi, 1. They are vias going from top layer to bottom layer. 2. You can find some info about layer thickness in the readme.txt file. The material used is standard FR4. 3. Not sure what you mean here, but there are ground planes rather than star grounding.

Texas Instruments RF-ICs operate with supply voltages lower than the old industrystandard 5V. Running at a lower voltage enables the ICs to be less expensive and have lower power consumption than they would have had if they used a 5 V supply. Also, lower operating voltages are good for battery-operated...
