Q: FAQ: Access protection of the CC111x/CC243x/CC251x FLASH memory by 611949

Access protection of the FLASH memory is done via designated bits in the Flash Information Page.
This can be done only through the designated CC111x/CC243x/CC251x debug interface.

For read protection the DBGLOCK bit must be set. This will disable all access to the FLASH memory
through the debug interface.

For write protection the lock size bits LSIZE[2:0] must be used, along with the BBLOCK lock bit,
which also offers write protection of the boot sector page.
