    When will start the Concerto Production? !!!!!!URGENT PLEASE

    When wil the concerto mcus be available? And when the final product is available, will there be any changes on the pin descriptions?Will there be any difference between XF28M35H52C pins and F28M35H52C pins?

      Hi

      XF28M35H52C1RFPT is available now through distribution, with final product available ~4Q12

      There will be NO CHANGE to the pin-out of the device.

      Thank you for your reply. I have another question. How long will XF28M35H52C1RFPT be available? Can we use it in production, untill the final product is available?

      HI

      The XF28M35H52C1RFPT will become the F28M35H52C1RFPT when the device is characterized as full production silicon.  The package will not change, so yes, you can use it until final silicon is available.

      The "X" in the part number is to denote pre-release silicon.
