What is a recommended size for decoupling capacitors on the four VDDIO pins of the TMS320F28069PZ device, pins 13, 38, 61, 79?

The controlCARD Evaluation platform using the TMS320F28069 has 2.2uF on these pins.

In datasheet of TMS320F28069 recommendation for decoupling capacitor is as follow,

Each VDD pin requires on the order of 1.2 μF (minimum)
capacitance for proper regulation of the VREG.

Is 10uF,50V, Multilayer Ceramic OK?

2.2uF,10V is what usually used but using 10uF,50V should also do. But the datasheet clearly mentions:

"Higher value capacitors may be used, but could impact supplyrail ramp-up time"
