I am porting an application from the F2812 to the F28335 and moving from CCS3.3 to CCS5. My first step is to get the existing project to build in CCS5. The existing project uses files like DSP281x_GlobalPrototypes.h and f28xbmsk.h. I assume they come from TI application examples for motor control such as SPRC080 or SPRC215. However I can no longer find these files on the TI website and they are not included in controlSUITE. Can anyone suggest where to find them.

      Nigel,

Most of the files you are looking for can be found on TI's F2812 page under software:
      http://www.ti.com/product/tms320f2812#softTool

Specifically, you should download the "C281x C/C++ Header Files and Peripheral Examples (including F281x)" package.  For f28xbmsk, I'd try to download the motor control software link that is applicable to the motor you controlled (ACI, etc).

      Thank you,
      Brett
