[Codegen] 28x Codegen Tools V 5.2.3 is now available

C28x Gurus,

An update to the 28x codegen (V5.2.3) has been posted to Code Composer Studio update advisor.  (In CCS 3.3 go to Help->update advisor)

The 5.2.x releases include the assembler for CLA code.

Remember in CCS 3.3 to select the new compiler in the component manager after installing (help->about->component manager-> build tools)
