ADC External reference input(ADCREFIN) PIN

I'm using F28335 Processor. I want to use the external voltage reference (2.048V).

So, I used Voltage Reference Device of following structure to input 2.048V to ADCREFIN PIN.


In this Device, The value of RS is bounded by the following equation.

[VS(MIN) - VR ] / [60μA + ILOAD(MAX)] > RS > [VS(MAX) - VR ] / [20mA + ILOAD(MIN)]

In the equation, I don't Know ILOAD(MIN)/ILOAD(MAX). So, I can't choose The value of RS.

So, I would like to know the ADCREFIN PIN's input current. I could not find it in the F28335 datasheet.
