Dears,
Walid,
Yes, the F28335 can be programmed with Matlab/Simulink and many customers use our MCU in this way.
You will require MathWorks' Embedded Coder and a CCS installation as well for compiling (and potentially a few other things. I am not an expert on Matlab's embedded workflow).

There are several forum post both here and on the MathWorks support forum that could be useful in getting started.
Thank you,
Brett
Dear Brett,
I asked about "F28335 controlCARDs". Your reply is general and ok matlab supports programming F28335 but from your link I noticed that I need another board eZdsp F28335.
Therefore, Please make sure about that because I want to buy the lowest price one for my application. Is the board "F28335 controlCARDs" can be programmed by Matlab.
Another question please. I have searched a lot about "F2808 eZdsp" because Matlab supports it and it has lower price than eZdsp F28335. However, I did not find any supplier for it in the UK besides it seems that it is not in the market nowadays. Is that right ??? Tell me from where can I buy it .
Thanks,
Walid
Walid,
My understanding is that Matlab connects up to the F28335 via an emulator and CCS. This means that it Matlab will work with the F28335 whether the board is a controlCARD, an eZdsp, etc.
(for example see the following code example from MathWorks:
http://www.mathworks.com/help/rtw/examples/spi-based-control-of-pwm-duty-cycle.html
it supports cCARDs or eZdsps)
F2808 eZdsp @ Farnell:

Thank you,
Brett
Hello,
The Mathworks documentation for Matlab 2014 says that it requires CCSv3 for support of TI C2000 processors. CCSv3 is no longer available. I have CCSv6 and CCSv5 on my system and Matlab 2014 does not recognize it to install the support packages. Can anyone tell me which version of Matlab and latest version of CCS compatible with windows 7 can be used.
Thanks in advance!
Puneeth
