Dear e2e-forum,

In my ControlSUITE, I found this "SOLAR_HV_DC_AC"-Schematics, and there is a small IGBT-Driver included, with a BOM and everything. As I have been looking for something small like this for motor control (400V, ~5kW), I was very interested. Would you recommend to use this design? Or do you have a better alternative?

Is there more documentation about the small driver board? For example, with which MOSFETs/IGBTs will it work? 

And one very important question: On the BOM, there is a digikey-number for every item except this transformator you used - can you tell me where to get it? I couldn't find anything about it... But I was able to find every other item.
