Bridging G3/PLC-Lite

Hello all;

In the following link http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/slyt495/slyt495.pdf asserts that
A single concentrator supporting both PLC-Lite and G3 could
manage multiple nodes and send the consolidated data to a central
aggregation point using G3 for maximum robustness. Finally, the
central aggregator could bridge the G3-FCC network to the utility
company’s PRIME network.

Which kind of concentrator and microprocessor supports both system? I couldn’t find any information on how both networks can be bridged together?
