Piccolo C2000, HRCAP; Data Characterization for changes in HRCAP step based on Temp & Voltage; HCCal

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28069

We are using the Piccolo TMS320F28069 80Mhz. We use the high resolution capture unit of the CPU in the High-Resolution capture mode. One thing that has come up is the issue on how often to periodically run the HCCal routine. Chapter 5 of the Piccolo data sheet (SPRUH18E, Mar 2014) indicates to run the HCCal in a slow loop periodically.

Do you have data that shows the relationship of change in HRCAP step size (or Q16 step size impact) verses voltage and temperature on the chip?

We are trying to determine our application voltage and temperature limits against our budget for HRCAP step size changes impacting the resolution.
