I have some question about the adaptor that is included in to the DVR8312-C2-KIT.

I would like know if this type of source is for a continuos load, for example a swithcing sourse. Or, if this is a lineal source for variable loads.
I need know the characteristics about the power supply for this kind of tools or development kits. Because i am working with this products but i don't know how i can energize these.
