Suppressing errors from specific files within a project

Hi,

I am trying to use Code Composer to implement the MISRA - 2004 standard to my project. I would like to know if it is possible if I can suppress errors from certain files such as the TI written header files. Also I have seen that when checking for certain rules, the compiler seems to pick up certain non-compliance's, but others it seems to ignore.

I would appreciate any help with these issues.
