Hi,

I have programmed the flash memory of TMS320F2812 .

At some times after power up it expecting reset to execute, i mean after power up the code in the flash is not executing but after reset it executing.

At some times after power up itself the code started executing.

Y Like this it happening., which one is correct.,???

by the way, my need is it should execute after power up. what should i do for this ?

Thiyagarajan,

In order for you to execute the flash code on powerup in standalone mode (emulator disconnected), you need to make sure GPIOF4 is pulled high.

am setting as per boot mode, i place a jumper for F4 = 1,F12 = 0, F3 = 0, F2 = 0. again it happening the same .

Thiyagarajan,

Did you check whether GPIOF4 has a very weak pull up? What is your pull resistor value?

Manoj Santha Mohan,

Pull up resistor value - 20k

Pull down resistor value - 2.2k

for all the boot mode pin.
