LowRAM_C2000_SCIBoot error downloading the code

Hello All,

I am using C2000 launchpad along with LowRAM_C2000_SCIBoot utility to download SCI bootloader & application code. But I am getting an error "Could not connect!" when I click on "Start Upload" button.

I have selected SCI boot mode by configuring below pins,

GPIO34 - 1

GPIO37 - 0

TRST - 0

What could be the reason for this?
