Dear friends,
I am using the High Voltage Motor Control and PFC Developers Kit (v1.7) to control a PMSM motor. I've build a PMSM Motor application based on the Sensored Project.
I understood the build level 1. But, in the level 2 there is the following instruction:
"During the open loop test, Vq Testing, Speed Ref and DC Bus voltages should be adjusted carefully for PM motors so that the generated Bemf is lower than the average voltage applied to motor winding. This will prevent the motor from stalling or vibrating."
I would like to know can how to calculate the appropriate value for the Vq Testing and Vd Testing.
