capture phase shift between two PWM signals

I need to measure the phase shift between two PWM signals. One is internally generated, others are external. Use the tmp320c28027 so that has only one pin to capture.
Anyone have any suggestions,

Hi Edison,

You can make use of a eCAP module to capture the external ePWM and compare it with internal one. You can make use of the timer module to get the time lead/lag.
