F28335: Experimenter kit and Peripheral Explorer kit

Hi

What are the advantages of using a peripheral explorer kit over experimenter kit for F28335?

My application requires sensing Voltage/current i.e. using ADC pins,GPOI pins and Communication interfaces CAN and SCI.

What are the differences? Is it in terms of CAN transciever on board for peripheral kit and using external tranciever module for experimenter one?

Thanks

Sneha

Exactly, Peripheral kit has on-board CAN transceiver. Other than this, if you notice Experimenter's kit has more GPIOs, ADCs and ePWMs; in short major pin outs have been directly connected to the headers on docking station. Peripheral explorer board is more of an application specific wherein you've Hex encoder module, CAN module, IR-remote receiver, LED Modules, Push button module, Variable resistor module, CODEC module, Serial EEPROM Module, Temperature Sensor module etc..
