why F28335 periferal port clock shift out one clk

You mean to say that you're not able to define the address 0x40 and instead it is getting right shifted ? Am I getting it right?

Yes, you are right. I am guessing the clock slew...I am moving on for now, but will come back to this problem later. Do you have any suggestion?
