eZdspF28335 Profiling Issue

We are using MATLAB Version 7.12.0.635 (R2011a) and eZdspF28335 hardware board with TMS320F28335 processor for performance measurement related to our project.

For target preferences, Texas Instruments Code Composer Studio(V3.3) is being used as the IDE/Tool chain.

 We are doing Real-Time execution profiling activity.

 Currently we are facing an issue while doing execution profiling of the model.

 We have two eZdspF28335 boards.

 In one of the boards, while doing Real time execution profiling, we are able to record the data for more than 2.5 seconds of model Execution.

But on the other eZdspF28335 board, we are unable to record the data for more than 895 milliseconds of model execution.

 We are using the same Simulink model (using Embedded coder toolbox) in both the eZdspF28335 boards.

 Can anyone please suggest us what would be the possible reasons for this difference?

    Sabari,

    If I understand this is exactly the same code, running at exactly the same frequency yet one board works fine with the profiling but the other does not? 

    The only thing I can think of is one board is running at a slower clock speed than the other.  Is this possible?
