TMS320F28334 - how to store variables on flash

Hi All,

We are workign with TMS320F28334 chip and trying to store variables (not constants) on flash, but without success.

Is anyone has an example of how to do it in a correct way ?

Hi Oleg,

Flash cannot be written as a RAM variable. You have to program it. Furthermore, it is not erasable per word, but per sector. For storing data you need to use a EEPROM emulation strategy. Go through the following app note: http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/sprab69/sprab69.pdf .
