thanks a lot for the answer - this will be the way to do it.

on http://emulators.spectrumdigital.com/utilities/sdflash/ the supported processors are listed and the F28335 is one of it.

I'm asking me now if I really have to wite the Driver by myself or if there is one at disposal by TI.

And a general question : what is the state of the art to uBoot a uC ike F28335

I think that I'm now on a good way....

the SPRAAL3 (Flash Programming Solutions for the TMS320F28xxx DSCs) helped me.

There I found the key words "Flash API"  -->  source in "setup_Flash2833x_API_V210.exe"
