You don't have to! Toggling the Switch to ON position is enough.

Actualy I do not connect USB and AC adapter.
Board is inserted 5V from blue point only.
Do you think LD1 does not shine, if this situation?

If you don't use both then keep the switch in ON position. LED will blink once 5V is supplied at the blue point which means that the supply is functional. So don't worry!

This white point line is USB bus line.
I do not connect USB.
I don't understand why we should cut white point when USB dose not connect
and Switch is USB.

Let me make it simple, keep the switch in ON position and feed in 5V externally. Your 3.3V should be generated through TPS79533. No cutting required. Only if you want to isolate the hardware you can go for cutting.
