What about migrating an existing project from TM320F2808 to an equivalent Piccolo CPU ?

What are the main differences ?

Which device are you referring to here? For eg. if you want to move to F28027 or F28069, their register structure is a bit different.

This falls under F2806x devices. The coding structure doesn't change but just the register structure.

This discusses migration from F2808 to devices in the F280xx class. The F28065, while not explicity covered in the appnote, differs in only small respects from the F28035, which is covered.
