CCSV5.4 crash after run motor

I use the TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT and program "HVACI_scalar" to run motor.

After the motor  work a few seconds,the CCSv5.4 show that

"C28xx: Error: (Error -150 @ 0x0) One of the FTDI driver functions used during configuration returned a invalid status or an error. (Emulation package 5.1.73.0) "

When I try to close the error window ,the CCSv5.4 crash.

Any guidance and advice
