Problems of ControlSUITE start-up

I can not run ControlSUITE on my computer several days ago. I reinstalled it and it worked for several days, then it can not start again.

When I try to run it, the following figure shows up.

Same story happens on another computer.

No picture can be attached.
It is a blank controlSUITE window with a "File" menu.

Try deactivating the anti-virus & firewall and run the exe as administrator. Let me know what you observe.

No difference. Still a blank window.

I guess, you'll need a controlSuite expert opinion here.
Btw you can browse the contents by going to:
C:\ti\controlSUITE

Deleting C:\ti\controlSUITE\eclipse\workspace\.metadata

solved my issue. Thanks.
