Thanks for your suggestion. So, every time I have to delete the "metadata" folder before starting the application?

One time should do the trick. What is your observation?

Every time I run the application metadata folder is created. So, I have to delete that each time before I start.

That's true that every time metadata folder is created.... but you don't have to delete it everytime. Sometime it gets corrupted and so you've to delete it else its not required.

It doesn't work unless I delete it every time.

This is indeed odd. Did you restart your computer after deleting .metadata folder?

Which installer that you use for ControlSuite? The EXE or the ZIP?

If you use the EXE, try to use the ZIP installer, or vice versa.

Then delete the .metadata folder after that, and restart your computer. Then open your ControlSuite.

I think this problem still couldn't be fixed. Instead of deleting .metadata each time John Szybist suggested below solution:

- execute ControlSUITE.exe, the blank window is presented

-- right click on the ControlSUITE icon on the Windows 7 task bar.

-- right click on the eclipse.exe selection that appears

-- select "Run as administrator"

-- a new, operational, ControlSUITE window appears.

Note that running ControlSUITE.exe in the first step as administrator does not work.

Today when I updated my controlSuite to v3.3.2 my controlSuite window went blank. But by deleting .metadata folder now it works very well multiple times. Just once I'd to perform this operation.
